“I’ve delivered thousands and thousands of babies. When I’m singing to those babies, I’m thinking I’m singing to a future important person. That’s the credit I give to all of them. It’s a wonderful thing in my hand, the miracle of life.”

– Carey D. Andrew-Jaja, M.D. FACOG of Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC

Whether in a hospital room, a playroom, a courtroom or a classroom, we can make art no matter what room we choose to occupy.

We want to see how you are living and making art in your own rooms this week, whatever that means for this stage in your life.

Here’s how you can share your art with us:

  1. Simply take a photo of something that represents the art you make along with your copy of A Million Little Ways (if you don’t have the book, that’s okay too! Or you can dash over to Barnes and Noble and pick one up. Of course.)
  2. Post the photo to Instagram or Twitter using #inbooks #AMillionLittleWays so we can find you.
  3. If you aren’t on Instagram or Twitter but would still like to participate, send an email to emily at chatting at the sky dot com with “InBooks Photos” in the subject and your photo attached.

Robin will choose from your images to feature at (in)courage on Fridays – check out some of the images collected this week.

Can’t wait to see the art you are living and making! Here are some examples just to get you thinking:
