“Space has a spiritual equivalent and can heal what is divided and burdensome in us.” — Gretel Ehrlich
For over 13 years I’ve been writing under that headline: creating space for your soul to breathe. I stand by it as a foundational practice for all of us (not just those of us with introverted personalities or who gravitate toward the contemplative tradition).

Thank you for this wonderful reminder that my soul needs space right now. I’m recognizing that I need to feed and nourish my soul. As usual, I listened to this podcast twice and may go back again! Thank you!
I love this podcast so much I listened to it twice today! We are definitely cut from the same cloth! I feel like you are a good friend and we are having a conversation. Thank you for your wonderfully soothing, unhurried voice – you make my work commute more enjoyable. I must ask about these well-loved shoes in the photo. Apparently comfortable? Have a great time in London!!
