Creating space for your soul to breathe so you can discern your next right thing.

163: Reflection as Activism

When we witness dissonance in the world around us, when we see people make terrible choices on live TV or in the parking lot of a Starbucks or in the sanctuary of our churches or in the halls of a federal building and then we still have to decide what to make for dinner that night, it’s disorienting at best, traumatizing at worst.

Thank you, Emily, for this and all of your reflections. This really fed my aching heart. It’s one that I’ll listen to more than once. Bless you for your important ministry.

Well as you can tell I’m behind in reading your emails, but I wanted to say what an eye opener seeing the Lords prayer as a community prayer and not a personal one is for me.
