Wow! I saw Jenn from Sacred Ordinary Days recommend your podcast. I started listening, not expecting that within 10 minutes I’d be feeling like I’ve made a new friend!
Your telling regret to go talk to your friend Jesus floored me. I literally cried.
I’ll definitely be using the George Castanza method of dealing with my shame over real and perceived parenting mistakes, and not leaving that door cracked behind me.
Off I go to look up skillshare.
Thanks, Emily!

Well hello there! So glad you found us here 🙂
This episode is life changing for me. I am someone who can be just humming along and for no apparent reason will start to feel a black cloud looming over me. It is like it’s telling me “stop enjoying your life….you have this, this and this to be worried about”. As this began to happen to me yesterday….I decided to do the opposite and NOT give in to it. Thank you Emily!!
