It’s not easy to answer the question. Even if we manage to get past the ingrained stereotypes and early conditioning many of us have about knowing what we want, it still isn’t always easy to discern.
But knowing what we want is crucial to making decisions. It builds confidence, hastens healing, and is a gift to the people you love.
